The hotel in Tartu is situated just behind the town hall.
Insulated with IKO enertherm ALU TG 50-140 mm.
The façade is covered with composite panels with an anchored system. The anchors are drilled through the IKO enertherm PIR plates and are attached to the concrete structure.
In this way, the construction is finished with a light-weight and ventilated facade.
